Bradley Knott, Managing Partner, is a
former administrative judge at the United State Department
of Labor, and is an adjunct Associate Professor at the
University of Maryland, University College's, School of
Business Administration. Brad was a pioneer in online
instruction and has used interactive media to train employees
from the federal government and in the private sector
since 1996.
Brad is a former president of Communications Strategies
and Services, a political consulting business. He has
over twenty five years experience in working in elections.
Knott is a frequent lecturer on the political process
at American University’s School of Congressional
and Presidential Studies. He has a Masters Degree in communications
from the University of Iowa and law degree form Catholic
University of America.
Maggie O’Neill, Director of Content Management, is experienced developing adult-education content for on-line tutorials and holds a master’s degree in Education Policy and Administration from University of Maryland. She has several years experience as a teacher-trainer for the Maryland State Department of Education, and, before that, she began her career as a high school teacher for 7 years. She works with clients to ensure the content meets their specific education and training needs.
Scott Harrington, Project Manager, is a certified Apple Computer consultant with extensive experience helping people use technology. He is responsible for managing HAVA Partners' support services and plays a leading role in HAVA Partners' technology development.
Chet Olsen, Counsel,
formerly served as a product manager and content director
with an online training firm, . the Legal Knowledge Company,
the market leader in the legal compliance field. Chet
is an attorney who works on all phases of our training
module development, including course content.
Chet began his legal career practicing with Baker &
McKenzie and spent five years in the firm’s Los
Angeles and Tokyo offices. He also spent five years working
in the California Legislature as Chief of Staff to the
Speaker Pro Tempore of the California State Assembly.
Chet has written extensively about the law and the legal
profession through a nationally syndicated column and
a book published by Simon and Schuster. Chet Olsen graduated
from McGeorge School of Law, earned a graduate degree
from Columbia University and received his undergraduate
degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
John Evans of Raffa is our Technology Director. He has more than 11 years experience in application and database development. Mr. Evans has developed large scale, mission-critical systems for international internet service providers, large and medium-sized software development companies, and several non-profit organizations using a wide range of technologies. This experience ensures taht the HAVA Partners' solution is created, tested, and supported using established software development methodologies, and industry-leading technology and security protocols. Mr. Evans' IT staff holds multiple certifications and has years of experience in a wide reange of technologies to ensure the broadest and most in-depth expertise can be applied to both the current HAVA Partners software offering and all future development.
Tom Frank of Big Fish Communications is our Creative Director, ensures
a consistent and well-designed approach across all media.
His main priority is that the products and services offered
by HAVA Partners work effectively and are well designed
to ensure ease of use. Coupling his thorough understanding
of advertising and marketing practices with his background
in design, Tom is able to focus on all the creative aspects
of a project in order to provide the best insight to HAVA
Partners’ clients.
